Back Tire is Flat Used Electric Scooter For Adult 800W 10 Offroad Escooter

The back tire is new but the inner tube is flat. I tried to replace with new tube but it popped. He loved it until he popped the tire. Bought in April and the tire popped in August.

All parts are included minus a new inner tube.
